MAINTENANCE 

Alpine Lifts maintains all makes and types of lifts. Our specialist knowledge of the many systems, features and types of lifts available in the market make us an ideal choice for on-going preventative lift maintenance services. We offer 3 main types of service contracts, Standard, Semi Comprehensive and Fully Comprehensive, but we can also offer flexible ‘bespoke’ contracts to suit your particular needs and requirements. Flexibility enables our customers needs to be met and not restricted by agreements.

MINOR/MAJOR REPAIRS

Our primary objective is to complete the repair on the first visit. To help achieve this, our repair engineers are allocated repair vans with on-board stock of regularly needed parts. Major repairs may require equipment to be returned to our workshops for specialised repair. Whatever the case, you can be sure your lift will be returned to safe operational service as quickly as possible.

24/7 CALL OUT SERVICE 

Having been in the industry for over 10 years allows us to identify and repair lifts of all ages and designs.
Our proven success rate means that we are able to fault find and resolve issues on all types of control systems. We try to attend all call outs within 2 hours, with the aim for a first time fix within the shortest period of time.

Based in Essex, Alpine Lifts provide services in London and surrounding areas. Our experienced team are focused on customer support so you can be assured that a high level of service will be provided and will be personalised to you and your needs. As you would expect, all our engineers are fully qualified and have NVQ3 qualifications as a minimum, this extremely high skill set enables Alpine lifts to competently carry works on your existing lifts. From fault findings on old lift systems, to identifying and rectifying glitches on your latest microprocessor system, here at Alpine Lifts you can be sure no problem is too big or small. Health and Safety is paramount to Alpine Lifts and we adhere to strict health and safety policies and guidelines, as well as following our clients additional on site requirements. Our help desk is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year ensuring a rapid response for your needs.
